Will video reviews slow down my website?
No. On page load, the widget loads only small circle images, about 10 KB each. Short silent previews start after the page has loaded, and full videos download only when a visitor taps, sized for their screen. Visitors with data saver or reduced motion see still images.
How long should each video be?
Up to 30 seconds. Around 15 to 30 seconds works well for story-style reviews: long enough for one real story, short enough to watch to the end.
What kind of video should I upload?
Upright videos filmed on a phone, with the patient facing the camera in good light and a quiet room. We handle the rest: sizing for every screen, even sound levels and correct colors.
Do I need the patient's permission?
Yes. Using a patient's testimonial in marketing generally requires their written authorization, and the dashboard asks you to confirm it for every upload. Check the exact wording with your compliance advisor.
Can I change the videos later?
