What happens to patient photos?
Nothing is stored. The photo is processed in memory to create the preview, and both the photo and the preview are deleted within seconds. There is no database of patient images.
How accurate is the preview?
It is a visualization that helps patients picture a possible result from aligners, edge bonding and whitening. It is not a clinical prediction; your dentist confirms what is possible at the consultation.
What if we go over 150 previews in a month?
The simulator keeps working. Previews are a monthly pool, and we do not switch your widget off in a busy week. If you regularly need more, contact us.
