Terms of service
1. Our services
Aadi Smiles provides growth tools for dental practices: a Google reviews widget (free), a review booster, video reviews and an AI smile simulator (paid, self-serve), and a done-for-you AI visibility program (by application). Widgets work only on the website domain registered for the practice.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details, including your website, booking page and Google Business Profile locations, and for keeping access to your email secure, since we log you in by email link.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid tools are billed monthly in USD through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel any time from your dashboard or the billing portal. Tools stay active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Promotional or discount codes apply as stated when issued and may be withdrawn.
- The smile simulator includes a monthly pool of previews that does not roll over.
4. AI visibility program
- The program is offered by application after a free assessment and a screening call. We may decline to offer it.
- You give us a limited publishing account or key for your website, which you can revoke at any time. You're responsible for keeping your own admin access.
- Content we create and publish for you is yours once the related month is paid. You can review it, and you can ask us to change or remove it.
- AI assistants and search engines decide their own results. We don't guarantee rankings, mentions or patient numbers. AI visibility reports are snapshots, and AI answers vary over time.
5. Your responsibilities as a practice
- Patient consent: you must have a patient's written consent before uploading their video review, and follow the privacy and advertising rules that apply to your practice.
- Reviews: use the review booster in line with Google's review policies. Ask all patients for reviews, never offer incentives, and never discourage negative reviews.
- Clinical communication: you're responsible for clinical advice and treatment decisions. Replies to private feedback are between you and your patient.
6. Smile previews are illustrations
Smile simulator previews are AI-generated illustrations, labeled as such to patients. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a guarantee of any treatment outcome.
7. Acceptable use
- Use the tools only for your own practice's websites and patients.
- Don't resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written agreement.
- Don't try to get around usage limits, domain locking or security measures.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will email account holders before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
