Questions practices ask
What happens when a patient gives a low rating?
They see a short private feedback form. The message is emailed to the address you signed up with (you can change it in your dashboard), so you can follow up. We do not store the message.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own link and QR code, and top ratings go to the right Google profile for that location.
Do patients need to log in to anything?
Not to rate you. To post on Google, they need to be signed in to Google, which is Google's requirement for every review.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your dashboard and your links stop working at the end of the billing period.
